Subscription

Do you offer a 30 day money back guarantee?

You may cancel your subscription within 30 days and get a full refund, but only in situations where it is clear that, due to no fault of the client, we have failed to provide the required services.

Your plan will automatically renew after expiration. You will, however, be notified weeks ahead of expiration that your plan is expiring soon. If you wish to cancel the renewal, you would be free to do so ahead of the expiration date.

All our services to your website will be suspended.

You cannot cancel a subscription to an active plan beyond the first one month. You can, however, cancel your future subscription renewal anytime before it is renewed.

Purchase

What happens after purchasing a plan?

You will receive an email from us confirming your subscription and requesting information regarding access to your website.

We use 2Checkout (now Verifone) as our payment provider. They support a variety of payment options such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others.

We offer a 10% discount only on automatic subscription renewal, i.e. when you automatically renew before your current subscription expires.

Technical

Will carrying out maintenance work affects our website?

We try as much as possible to keep our clients’ websites online and operational at all times. Often, basic maintenance and routine services would barely have any noticeable effect on the website when carried out.

In cases where it is likely that maintenance work will affect the website, we carry them out at offpeak hours/days when traffic to the website would be relatively low.

In cases where such effect might be prolonged or could interrupt the website operation, or based on a request by the client, we employ the use of staging sites. The client must however have a hosting server that can accommodate this or be willing to pay an additional fee for an alternative server.

It certainly does. We can, however, deal with any website, regardless of its location.

It’s worth noting, however, that the hosting environment has an impact on website performance. For example, shared hosting platforms often provide a less flexible and optimal environment compared to dedicated hosting platforms. Some site functionalities and operations (e.g., eCommerce, search-based sites, etc.) also usually require higher server processing power and capacities than others.

As a result, the server on which the website is housed will have a significant impact on our ability to meet specific speed and security standards.

However, we will offer an appropriate hosting package to clients based on the results of the audit performed on their site.

Any minor development, customization, or styling modification task that takes less than an hour is considered a “Basic Development & Design”. Changes to color styles, page layout alterations, custom field additions, template tweaks, and so on are examples.

If the task(s) will clearly take more than an hour to accomplish, we will estimate the time and fee required to do it and provide a quote to the client.

Please note that even if we spend more time than quoted, we will stay to the quoted time in our quotation. We shall also bill a reduced amount if we take less time than expected.

We do not manage the client’s hosting server. We only liaise with their hosting company when there are issues that require their assistance or, in some cases, attention.

Clients are still required to use their hosting support when there is a server or hosting-related issue to resolve.

For clients on dedicated hosting, they still need to have a server administrator or manager to manage their servers for them when their hosting companies do not provide one.

No, it is not. The client will have to resort to their website or email hosting company for any issues related to email services and management.

No, they do not. Except in a few cases, clients will be responsible for payment of subscription fees to third-party developers and service providers.

This will ensure that clients can easily manage these subscriptions even when they choose to no longer work with us.
