Start in a few minutes

1. Download and extract the ZIP to a stable folder on your Windows or Mac computer.
2. Open Capital-Compass.html in a current desktop browser.
3. Read the Quick Start and replace the example inputs with your own.
4. Save your deals and export JSON backups regularly.

The app works offline after download, without an online account or subscription. Saved work stays in your browser profile and file location. This edition has no cloud sync or automatic backup and does not include a signed native installer or mobile app.

Capital Compass provides educational scenarios using your inputs. It is not a formal valuation, forecast, investment recommendation or tax calculation. Returns are not guaranteed. Tax inputs are simplified; currency choices change display formatting only. No live market data, financing approval or automatic regional tax rules are included.
